Follow these simple steps to access your employee portal.
Enter Employee ID
Use your official Alkem employee ID provided by HR during onboarding.
Enter Password
Use the password you set during registration or the temporary password from IT.
Complete 2FA (if enabled)
Enter the verification code from your authenticator app or SMS.

Answers to common login questions
To login to Alkemites, visit the login page and enter your employee ID and password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you'll also need to enter the verification code from your authenticator app.
Your Alkemites login ID is your official Alkem employee ID. This is provided by the HR department during your onboarding process. It typically follows the format: ALK followed by your employee number.
Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. Enter your employee ID and registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact the IT helpdesk.
Your account may be locked after multiple failed login attempts. For security, the system locks accounts after 5 incorrect password entries. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact the IT helpdesk for immediate assistance.
After logging in, go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. You can enable 2FA using an authenticator app (recommended) or SMS verification. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
Yes, you can access Alkemites from any mobile device through the browser or by downloading our dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android. The mobile app offers additional features like biometric login.
